Sink Run Reservoir No. 2 Improvements

**As of July 18, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** The Work includes all materials, equipment, labor and apparatus necessary to repair spillway and plunge pool gabion baskets and associated work. Each Proposal must complete, and the right is reserved to reject any and all Proposals and to accept Proposal deemed to be most favorable to the interests of the TYRONE The submitted bid shall be clearly marked "Sink Run Reservoir No. 2 Improvements." With respect to the contracts, the TYRONE BOROUGH shall award the contract to lowest responsible bidder or shall reject all bids within sixty (60) days following the opening and no bidder may withdraw his bid before the expiration of such sixty (60) period; provided, however, that if the award of contracts is delayed by required of another governmental agency, the sale of bonds, or the award of a grant, the shall reject all bids or award the contracts within one hundred twenty (120) days of date of the bid opening and no bidder may withdraw his bid before the expiration such one hundred twenty (120) day period. Thirty (30) day extensions to the date the award of contracts may be made by mutual written consent of the TYRONE OUGH and the lowest responsible bidder. Notice is given that the projects for which construction bids are being solicited is a ect constituting public works and is subject to Pennsylvania State Prevailing Wage The recommended Pre-bid meeting will be held on Monday, June 20, 2022, at 10:00 at the Tyrone Borough Water Treatment Plant.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Instrumentation and Control for Utilities, Water Utilities, Water Utility Distribution Piping, Water Utility Distribution Equipment, Disinfecting of Water Utility Distribution, Water Utility Storage Tanks, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
