RFQ Design - Level 1 and 2 Studies for the Wyoming State Museum

Wyoming State Construction Department, Procurement Section, Will Be Accepting Statements of Qualifications (Soqs) From Licensed Architects for Level 1 and 2 Studies for the Wyoming State Museum Located in Cheyenne, Wyoming. Project Description: the Wyoming State Museum is in Need of Additional Space to Best Serve the People and Visitors of Wyoming and to Preserve the Wyoming History That is Cataloged in the Museum Collection. We Are Seeking Levels I & Ii Feasibility and Planning Studies to Expand and Improve Museum Facilities. Firms Will Be Evaluating Two Options for Expanding the Museum Facilities That Include an Expansion of the Existing Facility and a New Standalone Facility. Selection Will Be in Accordance With Wyoming Law (W.s. 9-23-101 Through 9-23-105) and Federal Regulations. Firms Must Also Comply With W.s. 33-4-101 Through 33-4-117 and 33-29-401 Through 33-29-602. This is Not a Request for Proposals. The State of Wyoming is Not Obligated by This Announcement to Award Any Contract. Responding Proposers May Be Invited to Submit Proposals Pending the Outcome of This Request for Qualifications. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
