Description | SCOPE OF WORK Jesse Brown VAMC is seeking a contractor to install the following security equipment. This equipment must be able to work with Lenel OnGuard Software and Avigilon Camera System. The required warranty will be for one year and the time for installation is 6 months from the date of the award. Contractor will be responsible for all shipping costs. The following areas will be corrected: Motion Intrusion Detectors, Electronic Physical Access Control Systems (PACS), and Robbery/Panic/Duress Alarms, Video Surveillance, and Intercom. These have been found in the following areas: Canteen Office, Canteen Retail Store, Canteen Storage Area, Central Linen Issue (New Linen Storage), IT Data Center and Server Rooms, Radiation High Risk, Pharmacy Cache Storage, Research/Clinical Labs, Radiation Low Risk Warehouse Storage, Primary Inventory, and the Bed Tower Inpatient Building. The following areas will have new Motion Intrusion Detectors installed, wired, configured in the Lenel OnGuard Software, and produce an alarm at Police Dispatch: Pharmacy Cache Storage - 3rd Floor Taylor (Building Central Linen Issue (New Linen Storage) - 1st Floor Damen (Building 1A/1B), near elevators Canteen Retail Store - Atrium Building 30 (next to cafeteria) Primary Inventory - 1st Floor Bed Tower (Building 40) Canteen Office - In Canteen Retail Store, Atrium Building 30 (next to cafeteria) The following areas will have Electronic Physical Access Control System Card Readers installed, connected to door strikes or electronic magnets, wired and configured in the Lenel OnGuard Software: 1. Canteen Office a. Room 1302C (1 TOTAL) 2. Canteen Storage Area a. Room 2500-2505 (3 TOTAL) 3. Central Linen Issue (New Linen Storage) a. Room 1510 (1 TOTAL) 4. Audiology Door of install is handicap button door (1 TOTAL) OEF/OIF Door of install is a double door (1 TOTAL) The following are Potential Room Locations to have Robbery/Panic Duress Alarms installed, wired, and configured in the Lenel OnGuard Software: Canteen Office 1302C IT Data Center Server Room 7467 The following areas will have new Avigilon Surveillance Cameras installed and configured in the Avigiolon System to include view assignment: Bed Tower Inpatient Areas (40 Cameras Eight 360 Degree Dome Cameras, 32 Indoor Dome Cameras) Station Exits (20 Cameras Outdoor Dome Cameras) Primary Inventory (9 Cameras Indoor Dome Cameras, with 1650 Aisle G1 being a 180 Degree Dome Camera) Room 1650_southern end of room Room 1650_Aisle A1/B1 Room 1650_Aisle C1/D1 Room 1650_Aisle E1/F1 Room 1650_Aisle G1 Room 1650_Northwest Corner Room 1650_Aisle G1 Facing Sterlis Room Room 1650_Aisle G1 180-degree small area near cage Room 1650_Southwest Corner, with overview of all Aisles The following area that have existing, but defective Electronic Physical Access Control System Readers installed will be repaired: Male Locker Room to Same-Day Surgery After completion of all these tasks, Police Service will test all functionality with contractor present. |
