Design Build of Railroad Pedestrian Underpass

Design build proposal for the development of engineering design, construction plans, construction and inspections for a railroad pedestrian underpass. design build partner who has proven history of working on pedestrian underpass projects with the Union Pacific Railroad (UPRR). The selected consultant will be requested to produce design schemes through consultation with the City and then construction documents and services for the selected design for a railroad pedestrian underpass adjacent to Kyle Parkway, and then to construct the project as well as perform inspections. It is the intent of the city for the project to be designed and integrated as a significant pedestrian scaled walkway suitable for multimodal travel. Plum Creek subdivision bounds the west side of the UPRR ROW, and a vertical mixed-use project with destination dining on the east.
