Tower Site Readiness Phase I

This “Site Readiness Project” will involve 20 sites and at least two phases, due to permitting process and other time-sensitive preparations needed. Many of these sites require electrical, mechanical and structural upgrades in advance of a major upgrade to Sno911’s existing radio network. Most sites are located in Snohomish County. However, there is one site in each of the following counties: King, Island, Kitsap, and Skagit. The first phase of this work will include three sites: Gunnysack, Clearview, and Deer Creek. Subsequent phases of the work are forthcoming and will be bid separately from Phase 1 sites. Electrical, mechanical, and structural upgrades are required in advance of a major upgrade to SNO911’s existing radio network. Work includes installing new electrical circuits, cordage drops, surge suppressors, hydrogen sensors, new ice bridges, and miscellaneous tasks as indicated on site specific scopes of work.

Division 05 -	Metals, Structural Metal Framing.
Division 26 -	Electrical.
Division 31 -	Earthwork, Site Clearing.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Site Grounding, Site Improvements Grounding, Tower Grounding, Site Lightning Protection, Communications Utilities, Communications Structures, Communications Transmission Towers.
