Description

Model Construction is soliciting demo and abatement bids for The Mercantile Library Building located at 414 Walnut Street in Downtown Cincinnati. This project consists of full abatement and interior demolition of the 13-story historic Mercantile Library building and adjoining basements. Demolition and abatement is anticipated to start on August 1st, 2022, and complete December 2022.
