2021–2024 Rampart 54” Prestressed Concrete Cylinder Pipeline (PCCP) Slip lining

To Provide engineering services for the following: the development of a program to allow for sliplining to be used to rehabilitate the existing 54-inch diameter PCCP. Due to the critical nature of the RDS and the amount of water it supplies to the City the project will need to be broken into smaller segments that could be completed in a 3 – 4-month period. The selected Firm will support the City in developing a program that allows the entire 1.5 miles to be sliplined over a 3 – 4 year period, in coordination with operational constraints. The project will generally include the design of the following: 1. Assist the City in issuing a Request for Proposals to Contractors to bring a qualified Contractor onto the design team 2. Assist the City in identifying and securing required property/land acquisition as needed for construction activities 3. Assist the City in securing all required permits and state approvals 4. Preliminary and final design for the recommended solution including sliplining activities and durations 5. Construction phase services which may include specialized observation for the slipining rehabilitation
