Description

Cabarrus County Infrastructure and Asset Management (IAM) is soliciting responses from qualified engineering firms licensed in North Carolina to provide civil engineering services for an < 0.5 acre existing overflow lot at a Senior Center located at 331 Corban Avenue SE in Concord, NC. The lot is currently gravel covered and storm water control is above grade. The County wishes to asphalt/concrete this parking lot and add subgrade storm water conveyance systems. The County also wishes to design in future lighting infrastructure. The overflow lot will be designed to integrate into the current landscaping and exterior aesthetics of the site.
