| Description | Mountain Valley High School Freezer/cooler is in need of expansion and replacement. The district plans on enlarging the freezer by removing a cement wall and utilizing a storage area next to the freezer. This system is used to house the food for multiple RSU 10 schools and is in need of repair. All Equipment should be warranted per manufactures coverage and contractor warranties all workmanship for one year from date of start-up. Freezer: 1. One new Walk-in Freezer 17 x 74 x8 ceiling with diamond plate floor and two entrance doors. 2. One new Outdoor Condensing Unit, and an outdoor weather Doghouse. 3. One New Ceiling Mounted Evaporator Coil, w/ factory mounted TXV. 4. Demo and removal of the cinder block partition wall to extend freezer space. 5. All associated labor to assemble and install the refrigeration equipment. 6. All condensate and refrigeration piping. 7. Start-up and test for proper operation will be performed by a qualified service technician. Cooler: 1. Demo and remove the partition wall in the freezer/cooler to increase the existing cooler floor plan. 2. Removal of the existing freezer/cooler equipment. 3. One new Outdoor Condensing Unit, w/ liquid line drier, solenoid valve, low ambient controls and an outdoor weather Doghouse. 4. One New Ceiling Mounted Evaporator Coil, w/ factory mounted TXV. 5. All condensate and refrigeration piping. | ||
