LED Lighting Upgrade of the Sherwood Facility

The project will consist of the removal and recycling of all involved original fluorescent lighting fixtures/bulbs/ballasts, disposal of removed fixtures/bulbs/ballasts, installation of new LED fixtures in working order per liking of purchasing customer, and complete project clean-up of work site by the awarded contractor. The included lighting fixtures to be replaced are located in the open truck parking area and the units above the work bench area in the southwest corner approximately. Fixtures to be replaced can be illustrated to bidding contractor upon visitation to site on the prescribed viewing day and reviewing scope of work. New fixtures will be 8’ in length, white painted housing, with a Lumen rating of 14,000 (+/- 500 Lumen). The new lighting will be installed in the same locations as the current fixtures, without the separation between the divided runs on each truss with lighting currently mounted. New fixtures will be connected in unison/series runs all while covering the same distance per lighting run of the established original lighting. All new lighting fixtures must include a contour frosted lens or similar to provide even light distribution and circuitry protection from accidental contact by foreign objects.
