Description

CDC is converting is Northgate Terrace property from the traditional public housing format to the Project Based Rental Assistance (PBRA) model offered by the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). One of the conversion requirements is for certain renovations to occur and thus KCDC has a need for an architectural/engineering services to provide services in support of and in close coordination with KCDC staff in developing plans and specifications those renovations.
