Asphalt Leveling and Resurfacing City Streets LMIG Project

The scope of work for this project shall consist of leveling and topping with asphalt concrete on various city streets listed in the LMIG Project Report contained in the bid documents for this project. This includes all necessary material and equipment to build shoulders and permanently grass project. The City of Dahlonega will provide the material to build the shoulders in this contract. The contractor will load and haul the material. Contractor shall be responsible for permanent stabilization of shoulders. Until stabilization occurs, contractor will be required to maintain work area and potentially replace areas damaged prior to full revegetation. All work will be done in accordance with the 2013 standard specifications from the Ga. Dept. of Transportation, the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, and by the special provisions contained in the bid documents for this project.
