Vendor Contract for Hardware and Industrial Supplies

Questions Due Date: Feb 2nd 2023, 2:00 PM CST This bid will result in a City-Wide Vendor Contract for Hardware and Industrial Supplies for three (3) years from the date of award with the option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year terms upon mutual agreement. The items listed below are representative of what may be ordered and their prices will be used for bid evaluation and award purposes. Items purchased will not, however, be limited to this listing. Bidders must quote on all items listed to be eligible for an award. Note: Bidders should quote the most current part number available. If quoting an item to be considered equal to that listed, please include descriptive literature with your bid or within three (3) working days of receiving a request from the City. Failure to do so may result in bid rejection. The vendor shall enter the following for bid evaluation purposes for the items listed below: The catalog name and number used for pricing the items; standard pricing for the items listed; the discount off of manufacturer's price list, not only for items listed, but also for all other related product lines contained in the catalog listed or price list used for pricing the items; and discounted price for each item listed. Failure to list any of the information requested may result in bid rejection
