1. Osceola County would like the CONSULTANT to provide signal design plans for the replacement of existing substandard mast arm structures with new mast arm structures that meet current FDOT criteria at the following 4 intersections: a. Celebration Avenue at Celebration Place, Celebration, Florida b. Celebration Boulevard at Celebration Avenue, Celebration, Florida c. Celebration Place at Celebration Place, Celebration, Florida d. Old Canoe Creek Road at Road and Bridge, Saint Cloud, Florida 2. The signal design consists of preparing 60%, 90%, 100%, and Final Signed and Sealed plans for review by Osceola County. The CONSULTANT shall prepare final design plans, and construction cost estimates as part of every phase submittal.
