| Description | Notice is hereby given that Palm Beach County (County) through its Facilities Development & Operations (FDO) Department is seeking proposals from qualified firms (Proposer or Respondent) for the installation, implementation, operation and maintenance of an emergency notification system (ENS). It is anticipated that one (1) firm will be selected for a one (1) year contract, with three (3) optional 3-year renewals at the sole discretion of the County. Responses will be evaluated based on the selection criteria set out in the RFP. At the time of proposal submission, Respondent must be properly certified and licensed in the State of Florida and/or Palm Beach County, as applicable, for the purpose of performing the specified work. Palm Beach County reserves the right to waive any irregularities or reject any or all proposals. |
