| Description | Vendor will supply an 11,000 ft workstring of 3.5 in API tubing, to be delivered and placed as directed at the Utah FORGE site near Milford, Utah. Maps and directions to the site are included in Attachment A. Tubing will be used to pump Milford culinary water mixed with friction reducers and viscosifiers in three stages of hydraulic stimulation as described in Attachment D, Summary Stimulation Prognosis. |
