Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit on 03/27/2019 at 9:00 AM at Water Resource Recovery Facility (WRRF), Southwest Water Treatment Plant, Ford Road, Ypsilanti Wick Road, Michigan Avenue, Haggerty, Franklin (Booster), Northwest (Booster), Springwells, Southwest, Hubbell-Southfield. 1. Provide grounds maintenance services that include: lawn care, grass cutting, trimming, edging, debris removal/disposal and other grounds maintenance services, as authorized by GLWA sites for a two (2) year period, with two (2) one-year renewal options. Attachment B to these specifications depicts the locations of the sites listed. The contractor shall provide respective unit prices for the following services: A. Work to be performed during each lawn care cycle as specified in section 3 below: A) Litter and debris removal {see section 3.Abelow) B) Weed control of planting beds, and paved areas (see section 3.8 below) C) Turf maintenance, mowing, edging and trimming (see section 3.C below) B. Annual grounds maintenance work to be performed as specified in section 4 below: 1) Spring cleanup (see section 4.Abelow) 2) Weed control of turfareas {see section 4.B below) 3) Shrub/hedge and brush trimming {see section 4.C below) 4) Fall clean up {see section 4.D below) C. All other work and services specified herein. D. Pricing for services as needed: e.g. Tree Trimming (trimming of tree in place and includes equipment and labor to perform) by labor/hr.; lawn infestation remediation (includes chemical, equipment, and labor to apply) by sq. ft.: lawn seeding {Includes grass seed, cover material, equipment, fertilizer, and labor to apply) by sq., ft.; and tree removal {includes tools, equipment, disposal, and labor to perform) by labor/hr. | ||
