Description

Project consists of a new residential complex with associated site work. Work includes 14 residences of approximately 1,800-2,000 square feet each. Direct all bidding questions to: Calvin Henrie, Preconstruction Manager Maska Builders, LLC 555 N Elm St Jenks, OK 74037 O: (918) 392-7083 F: (918) 392-7084 E: chenrie@maskabuilders.com Includes, but is not limited to, providing all supervision, labor, materials, tools, supplies, insurances, bonds, hoisting, scaffolding, safety controls, etc. to provide a complete work package of the above-mentioned Summary of Bid. The following is a list of items to be included in your proposal. Please refer to the contract documents for further requirements. This list, in no way, relieves the bidder of responsibility or the liability of items not listed that are "typical" to the scopes of work covered in this bid package. Bidder is to assume that the following is provided and installed by the bidder including all labor, equipment, and materials. 1) It is the intent of this package to provide all building and site concrete, reinforcing, and sub slab termite treatment 2) Provide all concrete materials, labor, placement equipment, curing measures, and excavation work to complete all specified footings, grade beams, foundations, post-tension cables and installation, slabs on grade, under slab granular fill, sidewalks, equipment pads, curbs, gutters, light poles bases, and site paving etc. 3) Provide and install concrete base, wall, and below grade waterproofing for monument sign. Coordinate with Construction Manager and signage contractor for final dimensions. 4) Refer to the Geotechnical Engineering Report prepared by Building and Earth dated 3/15/23 5) Provide and install all concrete accessories (water stops, waterproofing, primers, carton forms, etc.) 6) Excess excavated materials are to be disposed of offsite by this subcontract. 7) Provide all reinforcing and accessories necessary to complete this scope of work. Masonry package will provide any reinforcing needed for masonry. 8) Provide all formwork, termite treatment, and vapor barriers. 9) Provide all keyways, expansion joints, saw cuts, tactile warnings, and associated materials. 10) Coordinate and provide proper curing methods. 11) Provide all concrete weather and temperature protection. 12) Dewatering of excavations related to this scope of work is included. 13) Coordinate all materials testing with the construction manager. The CM will cover the cost of materials testing. Any additional testing resulting from failed test will be paid for by this subcontract. 14) All waste and wash out concrete are the responsibility of this subcontract. Removal of said concrete is the responsibility of this subcontract. 15) Provide all layout and staking as it pertains to this scope of work. The Construction Manager will provide control points. 16) Please refer to project specifications for any related flatness requirements. 17) Caulk all concrete joints in accordance with the construction documents. 18) Provide all barricades, flagmen, dewatering and safety protection required to accomplish this scope of work in a safe manner 19) Include all daily labor costs per Cherokee Nation TERO Law 20) Include Davis-Bacon Wage rates and certified payroll
