The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service (ARS), Southeast Area (SEA), Stuttgart National Aquaculture Research Center (SNARC), 2955 AR-130, Stuttgart, AR has a requirement for design a Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS) optimized for the culture of white bass to be performed in strict accordance with attached Statement of Work (SOW). : The contractor shall design a Recirculating Aquaculture Systems (RAS) optimized for the culture of white bass. The Contractor shall integrate the RAS into the existing four lines of existing tanks and the RAS will be installed within the available floor space at the USDA, ARS, Stuttgart National Aquaculture Research Center (SNARC), 2955 AR-130, Stuttgart, AR 72160. The contractor shall provide a detailed proposal, system plans, and cost breakdown for the project for approval prior to purchase of equipment and construction.
