An impacted facility is one where one or more individuals meeting the following criteria have been in the facility: • the individual(s) has a confirmed or suspected COVID-19 illness, or • the individual(s) is ill and has traveled to a location of community disease outbreak within the past 14 days, or • the individual(s) is ill and has been in direct contact with someone confirmed to have COVID-19. |
