Description | Replacing HVAC equipment at the following school: Brogden Middle School, 3761 US 117 South Alt. Dudley, NC 28333-7233. Provide and install the following equipment on the schools 300 Classroom Building: 1. Trane 12.5 Ton Packaged Heat Pump Model: WSH150E4RN 2. Trane 5 Ton Split AC Units Model: 4TTA3060D4000D (cond. unit), TWE06044AAA (air handler) 1. Demo and remove existing units. 2. Disposal of the existing equipment as required to meet the EPA guidelines. 3. Connect the equipment listed above to new Honeywell T6 Pro programmable thermostats. 4. Split units are “AC only” units. Existing electric duct heaters are used for heat. 5. Please contact JD Howard of Brady Services at 919-608-1897 for questions and concerns of any details of the Trane equipment listed above. Provide all rigging and crane equipment as required for the above scope. Provide and install the following equipment on 400 Classroom Building: 1. Trane 10 Ton Rooftop Packaged Heat Pumps Model: WSC120H4RGA 2. Trane 7.5 Ton Rooftop Packaged Heat Pumps Model: WSC092H4RGA 1. Demo and remove existing rooftop units. 2. Disposal of the existing equipment as required to meet the EPA guidelines. 3. Connect the equipment listed above to existing Siemens electro-mechanical thermostat controls inside the building. 4. Provide all rigging and crane equipment as required for the above scope. Provide and install the following equipment on the schools 800 Classroom Building: 4. Bard W24AB-A10 wall mounted AC units. 1. Demo and remove existing units. 2. Disposal of the existing equipment as required to meet the EPA guidelines. 3. Demo and remove existing wall mount units and dispose of as required to meet the EPA guidelines. 4. Connect the new Bard units to new Honeywell T6 Pro programmable thermostats in their respective classrooms. 5.
