Construction Management firm to provide consulting services during the design process of a new Burlington High School and Technical Center. The Scope of Services shall include coordination with the Owner and Architectural/Engineering team through the design process, project cost estimating (including reconciliation with other estimating firms), value engineering, constructability/material/procurement/phasing reviews with written reports to inform the design, generation of a detailed project schedule, and other preparations.
