Description

Richfield City (RC) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from Contractors for pre- construction design assistance and construction services for the Richfield City Sewer Lagoon Improvements and Sewer Collection Pipe Upgrades. The project generally includes installation new lagoon bottoms in one 70-acre primary cell, and two 40-acre secondary cells, embankments, transfer structures, piping, removal and replacement of sewer manholes and sewer pipe, and related work.
