DUE TO FUNDING SOURCES, BIDS WILL NEED TO BE SEPARATED PER BUILDING (THREE SEPARATE BIDS) The work of the contract comprises the A New Kindergarten Classroom Wing for Corning Union Elementary School District, Tehama County, California as defined herein. Corning Union Elementary School District "Lease-Leaseback Project" for the NEW Construction of West Street Elementary Multi-Purpose, Kindergarten, & Classroom Buildings The Scope of Work will include: Concrete, Masonry, Metals, Rough Carpentry, Casework, FRP, Thermal & Moisture Protectant, Insulation, Metal Roof Panels, Siding, Modified Bituminous Membrane Roofing, Sheet Metal, Joint Sealants, Steel Doors and Frames, Wood Doors, Aluminum Storefronts, Door Hardware, Glazing, Steel Framing, Portland Cement Plastering, Gypsum Board, Tiling, Acoustical Panel Ceilings, Resilient Tile Flooring, Resinous Flooring, Tile Carpeting, Painting, Graffiti-Resistant Coatings, Visual Display Surfaces, Signage, Toilet Compartments & Accessories, Emergency Key Cabinets, Fire Protection Specialties, Roller Window Shades, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Communications, Fire Alarm System, Playground Equipment, Earthwork, Landscaping, Paving, Striping, Chain-Link Fences & Gates, Metal Fences & Gates, Site Utilities. CONSTRUCT WORK FOR THE LEASE-LEASEBACK PROJECT REQUIRING AB566 "SKILLED & TRAINED WORKFORCE" under Education Code section 17407.5 and Public Contract Code section 2601, DIR REGISTRATION & CERTIFIED PAYROLL Mandatory Skilled & Trained Workforce requirements must be met. This is a Lease-Leaseback project. It is the Subcontractors responsibility to know the complete set of plans, to clarify and cover any missing items required to complete their scope of work.
