Contractor will place class C riprap from the lower edge of the guard rail posts to the bottom of the drainage ditch and go 15 feet wide from the center line of the culverts in each direction for a total of 30 feet wide riprap and extend past the end of the culverts 15 feet. Rip rap will be at least two layers deep. Contractor will be responsible for vegetation clearing on both culverts 40 feet past the ends of the culvert pipes and 30 feet wide except on culvert number 2 upstream side due to property line, contractor will only clear up to the property line approximately 20 feet and ensure that the fence is not disturbed, culvert number 2 downstream will be 40 feet past end of culvert. The bank on the right side will not be cleared off but the drain channel and 15 feet from centerline on the left side will still get cleaned out. Riprap will be placed up to the base of the bank on the right side. Contractor is responsible on culvert 1 downstream to relay the class B and C riprap that is on site in the base of the channel at the end of the culvert after all the vegetation is cleared out and the small island is removed.
