| Description | The Vendor/Contractor will provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, supervision, and other items or services necessary to provide traffic control as follows: 1. For Black Friday event, stage traffic control plan according to Exhibit 1; starting at 12:00 PM on Wednesday, November 24, 2021 and remove on Saturday November 27th by 8:00 PM. 2. For Tax Free Weekend event, stage traffic control plan according to Exhibit 2; starting at 8:00 AM on Friday and remove by 8:00 PM Saturday. 3. Contractor will stage equipment at area designated by the City on the side of the roadways one day before they setup the traffic control and provide personnel necessary to monitor the closure and ensure signs and barricades stay in the proper position on the Interstate. 4. Furnish and install signs, barricades, and static message boards per plans. 5. Disassemble and remove signs, barricades, and static message boards upon project completion. |
