| Description | The project will consist of Work includes installing, electrically interconnecting and commissioning an angled, ballasted photovoltaic system, on the existing Dover Shores Community Center roof. Work also includes removing the metal deck and parapet at the metal canopy, prepping, painting and sealing the existing structure to accept a flat, racked photovoltaic system. The work will also include connecting the photovoltaic (PV) system’s inverters and validating they properly integrate with the facility`s Automated Logic Corporation (ALC) LGR web-controls and LUCID platform to insure the PV system properly communicates its production data with the building automation system (BAS). Dover Shores is located at 1400 Gaston Foster Rd., Orlando, FL 32812. |
