Seminole Park Concrete Flat Work

Scope of work includes Installation of Concrete pads and sidewalks surrounding two pro style baseball fields at Seminole Park. The scope of work is to install concrete in the dugouts, bleacher area and sideline fencing around the two pro style ball diamonds. Install a connecting pad between the sideline fencing of the East field and existing concession stand concrete pad. Review general plan prepared by Des Plaines Park District for additional information regarding project scope. Specifications are provided in bid documentation. Work is scheduled to begin Monday, April 3, 2023 with completion on July 15, 2023. Contractors are required to comply with the Des Plaines Park District Prevailing Wage Ordinance #15-03 which specifies that no less than the general prevailing rate of wages as found by the Park District or Illinois Department of Labor shall be paid each craft or type of worker or mechanic needed to execute the contract or perform the work.
