| Description | Seal Coat Project: the Contractor is to Furnish and Place Approx. 1,160 Ton of 2a Aggregate, Approx. 6,600 Sy of E-1 Prime W/blotter, Approx 15,012 Sy of Asphalt Seal Coat, Single Appl With Crs-2 and Approx. 25,178 Sy of Asphalt Seal Coat, Double Appl With Crs-2. Bid Bond in the Amount of 10% of the Contract is Required of All Bidders. Performance Bond and Payment Bond in the Amount of 100% of the Contract, as Well as Proof of Workers Compensation Insurance, and Certificate of Liability Insurance Will Be Required From the Lowest Responsible Bidder. All Work and Material Must Meet Current Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Specifications Form 408 and Its Supplements. Proposals Must Be Upon the Forms Furnished by the Municipality. The Municipality Reserves the Right to Reject Any or All Proposals. This Project Falls Under the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act. |
