Graham Park Sewage Pumping Station and Force Main Replacement

Provide all materials, equipment and labor necessary for the construction of Graham Park Sewage Pumping Station and Force Main Replacement. The work includes, but is not limited to the following: 1. Mobilization: Limited to a maximum of three percent (3%) of the total of all other items 2. Provide new polymer concrete wet well. ? Provide two (2) submersible pumps on guiderails installed in new wet well. ? Provide channel grinder on guiderails installed in new wet well. 3. Provide new valve vault, with isolation valves, check valves, magnetic flowmeter and pump-around connection. ? Provide new standby diesel generator on elevated concrete platform. 4. Provide new precast concrete Pump Control Enclosure on elevated concrete platform. ? Provide new electrical distribution, instrumentation and control equipment. 5. Demolition of existing pumping station components. 6. Provide new site fencing. 7. Site work, including paved access road, landscaping and other miscellaneous improvements. 8. Provide new 4” ductile iron/HDPE force main to replace existing force main. 9. Rehabilitation of existing force main receiving manhole. 10. Demobilization and Closeout – All work related to demobilization of project site and closeout.
