Description

Construct a 410 square foot addition to the existing Meeting Room of the Thomasson Housing Complex. The Thomasson Housing complex consist of multiple, single story, wooden frame, concrete slab, 4 occupant buildings with a Laundry Building that has an accompanying student Meeting Room. The 410 sq. foot addition consists of a restroom, storage room, and approximately a 10 ft. x 23 ft. main room addition. The construction scope consist of the initial site grading, concrete floor slab, wooden framing to match existing, Roofing needs for the entire building, wall construction to include insulation, exterior sheathing, exterior siding, interior gypsum board walls and ceiling finished / made ready for paint.
