Description

The work to be performed generally includes: Two-inch asphalt overlay on portions of Catamount Drive and Canyon Court including shouldering (approximately 17,220 square yards). The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive irregularities or informalities in any bid. The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded will be required to furnish Proof of Liability Insurance for $2,000,000 per occurrence and list Catamount Metro District as additional insured.
