Backup Water Supply Plains Road Well House Construction - Phase 3

Contract No. 2A – General Construction Contract No. 2B – Mechanical Contract No. 2C – Electrical Contract No. 2A – General Construction: Scope of work consists of construction of the Plains Road Well House, including the furnishing and installation of well pumps, sodium hypochlorite dosing systems, a clear well, distribution pumps and associated instrumentation, control and process piping and appurtenances. Contract No. 2B – Mechanical Construction: Scope of work consists of mechanical improvements associated with the construction of Plains Road Well House. Contract No. 2C – Electrical Construction: The work generally consists of the installation of all electrical systems within and adjacent to the new well house. The systems new site services including coordination with electrical and telephone utility providers, outdoor diesel generator, automatic transfer switch, motor control center with variable frequency drives, interior and exterior lighting, building grounding, underground electrical, electrical distribution conduit/wiring, control systems conduit/wiring/terminations, mechanical equipment connections, and other miscellaneous electrical systems as required for a complete and operational facility.
