Description | As of June 28, 2022 this project has been awarded to OHA Power LLC. Additional award information is not available at this time. Replacement of Existing Water Softener Units For the Domestic Hot Water System Washington Manor Building Orange Housing Authority 340 Thomas Boulevard Orange, New Jersey. Bids are invited for all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, delivery, and services concerning the work. All work is as shown on the drawings entitled Orange Housing Authority: Replacement of Existing Water Softener Units For the Domestic Hot Water System , Washington Manor Building, 340 Thomas Boulevard Orange, New Jersey and as detailed in the construction specifications. Bid proposals must be accompanied by bid bond, certified check, or cashiers check, drawn to the order of the Orange Housing Authority, in the amount of 10% of the bid. However, in no case shall this amount exceed twenty thousand ($20,000.00) dollars. Bidders must be registered pursuant to N.J.S.A. 34.11-56.48 State of New Jersey, Department of the Labor and Workforce Development, prior to the date that bids are accepted, showing eligibility for bidding on contract for public work and for engaging in the performance of public work. A copy of the current certificate of registration shall be submitted with the bid. In accordance with the provisions of N.J.S.A. 10:5:33, all bidders are placed on notice of contract compliance with the law against discrimination and related provisions of P.L. 1975, Chapter 127. Corporate or partnerships bidders shall state names and addresses of stockholders or partner holding ten percent (10%) or more interest therein, in compliance with P.L. 1977, Chapter 33. The Orange Housing Authority shall be the sole judge of the bid and the resulting agreement that is in its best interest and its decision shall be final. All bidding and award procedures undertaken by the Authority in regard to this project shall be consistent with the Authoritys adopted procurement procedures and with its rules and regulations. Bid prices shall remain in effect for 60 days after bid opening. Upon contract award, bidder must furnish and deliver a performance/payment bond for 100 percent (100%) of the contract amount. Bids must be made on Proposal Form furnished; in the manner designated, and the envelope containing the bid shall be endorsed on its face with the name of the person, firm or corporation making such proposal and Sealed Bid Replacement of Existing Water Softener Units For the Domestic Hot Water System , Washington Manor Building, 340 Thomas Boulevard Orange, New Jersey. |
