City Hall Painting Services - Rebid

SCOPE OF SERVCIES All preparation, priming, finishing coats, and clean-up for interior painting the City Hall building. This proposal must also include all costs for labor and materials. See below for estimated measurements for the project. Bid Security All proposals shall be accompanied by a cashier's or certified check, or bid bond in form and from a surety satisfactory to Owner, in an amount equal to at least ten percent of the Total Contract Price named in the Schedule of Prices section of the Contract/Proposal form. Performance and Payment Bonds The successful Bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each in the penal sum of the full amount of the Contract Price, on forms provided by Owner from a surety company acceptable to Owner. Each proposal must be accompanied by a letter from such a surety company stating that it will execute Bonds, on forms provided by Owner, upon award of the Contract to Bidder. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to make an award on those bids which, in its opinion, are most advantageous to the City of Waukegan.
