Description

This project scope of work includes Architectural and Engineering Design, Bidding and Construction Administration Services for the renovation of the second-floor vivarium cagewash at the Neurosciences Research Building. The scope of work includes associated utility, mechanical, slab, stainless steel modular walls and epoxy flooring modifications required to accommodate new equipment. The scope of work includes associated floor/ wall modifications, replacement of the ceilings including lighting and HVAC terminal devices on both the clean and dirty sides, and modifications of the existing partitions around the cagewash to mitigate moisture issues.
