Description

This project includes demolition of existing core gang shower rooms and gang toilet rooms to be replaced with (4) single use rooms that include a shower, lavatory, and water closet with one of the rooms to be fully ADA compliant. Also included is the demolition of existing single-use toilet rooms. Each of those rooms will be replaced with an ADA-compliant single-use room. Installation of all-new risers to serve the stacked bathrooms and feeding up from the basement level. A new hot water circ pump will be installed in the mechanical room. All fixtures will be ligature resistant. DCAMM Certificate Required.
