Bid specifications along with a complete bid packet are available by emailing chubbert@alabamafirecollege.org. with the opening of bids at 3:00pm the same day. A completed bid packet consists of: Bid Proposal form, Bid Certification form (must be notarized), and State of Alabama Disclosure form. Bids are to be returned in sealed envelopes with the bid number and bid opening date clearly marked on the envelope. Failure to do so could result in the bid being voided. |
