Description

As of Feb 27 the project was awarded to Gutierrez Canales Engineering PC for the amount of $2,639,269.14. Furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, tools and performing all services required for the construction of the City of San Luis County 24th Street - Avenue H to Avenue F-1/2 Roadway Project, and work incidental thereto. Each Bid should be submitted on the Proposal Form and be accompanied by a certified or cashiers check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10%) percent of the total amount of the bid. The proposed work is located along County 24th Street between Avenue H (City of San Luis 10th Avenue) and Avenue F-1/2, and on portion of Avenue H and Avenue F-1/2 within the City of San Luis, Arizona city limits. The work consists of, but is not limited to grading for pavement, pavement of approximately 34,800 SY of 4 AC / 12 ABC, miscellaneous concrete removal and replacement, and adjustment of existing survey monuments, water valves and manholes frames and covers to finished grade. Work will be performed per specifications in the Contract Documents and Project Plans. The project shall be complete and in place within 120 calendar days from the date of Notice to Proceed. Notice to Proceed tentatively schedule to be issued March 6th, 2023. All bids must be in a sealed envelope and plainly marked: CITY OF SAN LUIS COUNTY 24TH STREET - AVENUE H TO AVENUE F-1/2 ROADWAY PROJECT . The City of San Luis reserves the right to cancel this procurement, and/or to reject any or all bids, and/or to waive any informality in any bid. No bidder may withdraw his bid for a period of thirty (30) days after the date set for the bid opening thereof: 1.
