Lehigh Arterial and Collector Roads Milling and Resurfacing 3 FY22 A

Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks to contract with a qualified Contractor to provide milling and resurfacing improvements to various roads within Lee County, Florida. Work shall include, but not be limited to; milling, resurfacing, restriping, ADA upgrades and minor signal work to accommodate ADA upgrades. A site visit may follow the pre-bid conference. The Scope of Work/Specifications for this solicitation is available electronically. Bidders who obtain Scope of Work/Specifications are cautioned that the solicitation package may be incomplete. The Countys official bidders list, addendum(s) and information must be obtained electronically .It is the bidders responsibility to check for posted information. The County may not accept incomplete Bids. The County reserves the right, before recommending any Award, to inspect the facilities and organization; or to take any other necessary action, such as background checks, to determine if the Bidder is satisfactorily able to perform and reserves the right to reject submission packages where evidence submitted, or investigation and evaluation indicates an inability for the Bidder to perform.
