The City of Volga reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities. The City of Volga will receive sealed bids from those interested in providing garbage collection, disposal and recycling services in the City of Volga, South Dakota, for a three (3) year period beginning November 1, 2023, pursuant to the terms of a Solid Waste Collection, Disposal and Recycling Agreement.
