The project consists of the following major items with their approximate quantities: 6,107 L.F. 6”, 8” dia. Class 56 Ductile Iron, 13 Each 8” Gate Valve and Well, 15 Each 6” Fire Hydrant Assembly, 6,107 L.F. 8” Polyethylene Encasement, 14 Each Connection to Existing Water Main, 147 Each Up to 1” dia. Water Service Pipe, Type “K” Copper with compacted MDOT Class II Granular Material Backfill/Jacked in Place, 8,418 S.Y. Remove and Place 8” Plain Concrete Pavement, 2,397 S.Y. Remove and Place 4” and 5” Sidewalk/Sidewalk Ramp, 2,434 TONS Asphaltic Concrete Resurfacing (Wayne County HMA Wearing and Leveling Course), 4,800 S.Y. Landscape Work.
