| Description | The work consists of: 1. Demolish the existing house and garage on the site. 2. Remove large dead tree in front yard. 3. Remove bushes along the front porch. 4. Remove remaining part of tree at North side of the back yard. 5. Remove driveway, private sidewalks and all other concrete pads on the site. 6. Remove and properly dispose of all rubbish, brush and debris located on the lot and in, and around, the buildings. 7. Remove all trees and vegetation around perimeter of the foundations of house and garages. 8. Break apart all foundation parts for all buildings. Clean brick or concrete can be used to fill the basement of the house. All other must be removed. |
