| Description | The City of Lakewood, in partnership with the 40 West Arts District, received a grant to help improve conditions for pedestrians and bicyclists along the award-winning 40 West ArtLine, a 4-mile long outdoor public arts experience. This project will involve coordinating the ordering, shipping, and installation of thermoplastic wayfinding treatments along the route as described in greater detail in the Scope of Services.
