School: Fenger HS School Address: 11220 South Wallace Chicago 60628 Scope of Work: Remove/replace/repair/install all of the damaged parts, shafts, bearings, sheaves, bushings, belts, coupling, and shims to ensure proper operation of unit. Each Bidder must include in their Bid the premium cost for the performance and payment Bond in the full amount of their contract, when the project is over $50,000. If the Bidder fails to furnish the performance bond within seven (7) days after acceptance of the Bidder's Bid, by the Board, the Bid acceptance maybe rescinded and the Bidder maybe precluded from further Bidding with the Board.
