Sectors d and e: Prep Existing Roof Surface For Recover; Mechanically Fasten Tapered Insulation and Gypsum Coverboard; Partially Disassemble Existing Metal Panel Roof Components Directly Above Sectors d and e; Resecure Existing Wood Blocking; Install New Nailers As Required; Install a 2-Ply Modified Bitumen Roof System; Install Pmma Fluid-Applied Flashing Roof Transition; Reinstall All Metal Panel Roof System Components, and Provide New Sheet Metal Flashings and Accessories to Provide a Complete, Watertight, 20-Year Warrantable Roof Assembly. Sector f: Remove and Dispose of The Existing Roof System Including Flashings and Sheet Metal Down to The Existing Lightweight Concrete; Resecure The Existing Wood Blocking and Replace Damaged/ Deteriorated Nailers; Provide and Install a New Roof Hatch; Mechanically Attach a Base Sheet; Install a 2-Ply Modified Bitumen Roof System Along With Flashings and Accessories; Install New Gutters Sheet Metal Flashing and Trim to Provide a Complete, Watertight, 20- Year Warrantable Roof Assembly. |
