Description The project will incorporate approximately ninety-six (96) feet of existing south side fencing into the enclosure. Additionally, plantings will enhance the appearance ot wo sides of the proposed enclosure. Project Specification 1. Scrap and remove approximately 6 inches of top soil from an approximately 6,000 square feet area determined by the owner. 2. Provide base and compacted gravel surface in the area described in item 1. 3. Install forty-eight- (48) feet of 6 feet in height chain link fencing perpendicular to the existing approximately ten- (10) feet west of the existing tree on the property. This new section of fencing should stat adjacent to a post of the existing fencing. 4. Install sixty-four- (64) feet of 6 feet in height chain link fencing from the end of the new post in westerly direction (parallel to the existing fencing). 5. Install forty-eight- (48) feet of 6 feet in height chain link fencing perpendicular the existing fencing and approximately ninety-six- (96) feet to the west and parallel to the new fence section under item number 1. This should be adjacent to a post of he existing fence. 6. All new sections and approximately ninety-six- (96) feet of the existing fence should receive vinyl slats to block the view. The slats should be beige in color. 7. There should be ten- (10) arborvitae trees at least 5 feet in height planted - six- (6) along the west side and four - (4) along the north side of the new fencing. These trees will be maintained, watered and guaranteed for one- (1) year after the planting date.
