Description | The EPA goal for use of Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE) is 8%. Current DBE Fair Share Objective/Goal of his contract has a negotiated Fair Share Objectives and Goals for DBE utilization of: 1.18% Minority Business Enterprises (MBE) and 3.66% Woman Business Enterprises(WBE) The Project consists of approximately 6,000 lf of 16" diameter ductile iron water transmission main. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. The Issuing Office for the Bidding Documents is: Copy World LLC., 5 Airport Road, Colonial Plaza- Unit 21, West Lebanon, NH 03784; Contact: 603-790-8357, bill@copyworldllc.com. Partial sets of Bidding Documents will not be available from the Issuing Office. Upon request, Bidding Documents in PDF format will be provided to prospective Bidders who have purchased printed Bid Document. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including Addenda if any, obtained from sources other than the Issuing Office. Bidding Documents also may be examined at the office of the Engineer, Dufresne Group, 56 Main Street, Suite 200, Springfield, VT 05156, on Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. This project is funded in part through the Vermont Drinking Water State Revolving Fund. Consequently, the following provisions apply to this WORK. More detail for each of these provisions can be found in Instruction to Bidders. BABA Act requirements do not apply. 1. Bid security in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders 2. Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) requirements 3. Performance BOND and Payment BOND each in the amount of 100% of the contract price 4.
