Description

This is a service / maintenance or supply contract in Fort Worth, Texas. Contact the soliciting agency for additional information. The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: The major work will consist of the (approximate) following: Extension, replacements and/or improvements to existing storm water systems and other pertinent construction required to provide a more effective drainage system to neighborhoods within the City limits of Fort Worth. Work for this contract will be provided through WORK ORDER TASKS, based on the availability of funds and in coordination with the successful Bidder's schedule. The City will issue this contract for an initial 2-year term and amount of NOT TO EXCEED Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00), with the option to offer a renewal of this contract for up to two 2-year terms/expenditures of NOT TO EXCEED Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) under the same terms and conditions. Certain improvements included in this project must be performed by a contractor or designated subcontractor who is pre-qualified by the City at the time of bid opening. The procedures for qualification and pre-qualification. Invitations with links to the web conferencing application will be distributed directly to those who have submitted an Expression of Interest. If a prebid conference is held, the presentation and any questions and answers provided at the prebid conference will be issued as an Addendum to the call for bids. If a prebid conference is not being held, prospective bidders can e-mail questions or comments in accordance with Section 6 of the Instructions to Bidders referenced above to the project manager(s) at the e-mail addresses listed below. Emailed questions will suffice as "questions in writing." If necessary, Addenda will be issued pursuant to the Instructions to Bidders. City reserves the right to waive irregularities and to accept or reject any or all bids. City will award a contract to the Bidder presenting the lowest price, qualifications and competencies considered.
