Description

As of August 14, 2023, Except for the senior housing building-D1, all buildings in Phase I are under construction right now. The estimated completion dates for each building are as follows : • July 2023, Building B3-Garage • August 2023, Building D2-Garage • October 2023, Building B1-Medical Office • December 2023, Building B2-Hotel • Third Quarter 2024, Building C1-Multifamily Condo • November 2024, Building A1-Multifamily Apartment with grocery store The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to, the following: site work, paving and new construction of three multi-residential developments, totaling 685-units, and an office development and a parking garage. The project is anticipated to advance in four phases: Phase 1, to begin next year and running through 2025, will see the installation of new infrastructure, including a new street grid and utilities. Phase 2, to begin in 2025, will start with construction of 85 townhomes in the site's central and southern portions, followed by a 320-unit multifamily building on the site's western edge, next to an existing parking garage, which will remain. That phase is expected to be completed in 2028. Phase 3, which will run from 2028 to 2029, will be marked by the construction of a 280-unit multifamily building immediately off the Metro station's southern entrance. Phase 4, scheduled to begin in 2029, calls for another multifamily building and an office building on the site's northern portion, adjacent to I-66. That phase is expected to be completed in 2031.
